Neighborhood Crawl
Join us for the Linden Hills Neighborhood Crawl—a fun and social way to explore and support our incredible local businesses! Follow a planned route through the neighborhood, stopping at participating shops, restaurants, and cafes to enjoy special offerings, pick up unique goods, or grab a bite or beverage along the way.
Participants are welcome to join at any point and stay for as much or as little of the event as they’d like. Whether you attend one stop or the full crawl, it’s a great way to experience the neighborhood at your own pace.
Come connect with neighbors, discover new favorites, and celebrate everything that makes Linden Hills special.
Legends of Linden Hills Game Day
Gather with other older adults for an afternoon of games and tea at the Linden Hills Recreation Center!
Games like cribbage and scrabble will be provided or bring your own favorites to share!

I am New Here! Picnic
If you're new to Linden Hills, join the Linden Hills Neighborhood Council for a picnic in the park on July 12th! We'll be grilling hot dogs and serving up free ice cream.

LHiNC at the Lynx!
Join fellow Linden Hills residents to cheer on the Minnesota Lynx. This will be the first home game rematch against the Phoenix Mercury since the 2025 Semi-Finals. LHiNC will be hosting a special pre-game event 30 minutes prior to tip-off, where families will have access to the Fan Tunnel as players walk out to the court.
Drawn Together Chalk Project
Fulton Neighborhood Association & Linden Hills Neighborhood Council are thrilled to invite you to participate in the inaugural Drawn Together Chalk Event! We hope to transform our sidewalks into messages of joy, love, kindness, and connection with our neighbors the first week of June.
LINKS of Linden Hills Volunteer Group
We will be hosting a buckthorn clean-up from 9:30-11:30 am in partnership with Friends of Roberts Bird Sanctuary. Please wear gloves and eye protection, bring drinking water, and bring loppers and/or pruners if possible. The group will meet across from the Lake Harriet North Beach in the grassy area.

Meet at 7 pm Bde Maka Ska (meet at Thomas Beach) - join neighbors for a walk around our beautiful lakes. Pets and kiddos welcome!
Links of Linden Hills Book Club
The Links of Linden Hills Book Club is reading The Art Thief: A True Story of Love, Crime, and a Dangerous Obsession by Michael Finkel! The group will convene on Wednesday, May 6 at 6:30 pm to discuss. To RSVP (and receive meeting location) or stay in the loop about future meetings, join our group on the Bookclubs app.

Advocacy Station: Make your voice heard! Neighbors of all ages are invited to design and write letters to our State Representatives regarding our local environment and its future.

Get in touch with your Block Captain and make this a block activity! Working together with your immediate neighbors is the best way to make a big impact and catch up with those living right next door.
Work Hard, Get Rewarded
Participate in the cleanup for a chance to win fantastic local prizes such as France 44 Gift Certificates and YogaFit Passes.

Saturday Book Club - March 28 at 9:00-10:00 am at Jones Coffee in Linden Hills

Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival
Let’s Go Fly a Kite!
Join us for a fun-filled winter day at Lake Harriet, featuring kites, sights, and sounds you won’t want to miss! We’ll be there with free s'mores. There will also be kites for sale and food trucks, a kid's DJ, and more!
Plus, the Art Shanty Projects will be on the lake with 20 interactive art shanties to explore. For more info, visit artshantyprojects.org.
Shuttle Service: A free shuttle will run from the Executive Building parking lot (3033 Excelsior Blvd) to the west side of Bde Maka Ska. Parking at Lake Harriet will be VERY limited, so park and ride the shuttle.

Mark your calendars for Linden Hills' annual Holiday Wine & Stroll, brought to you by New Gild Jewelers! Thursday, December 18th, 5pm to 8pm (individual store hours may vary) Linden Hills will come alive with holiday magic, with everything from holiday carolers to libations and light bites. Your hyper local retailers can absolutely use your support for your holiday shopping season this year! Trusted small businesses will have special offers, swag bags, and discounts, as well as service providers who office in the village will be opening their doors to fill your Santa's sack. Alternatively, have you finished your gift shopping? Find that special something and take it home, or tell us and we'll tell your personal Santa! Start your evening at New Gild Jewelers.
Annual Meeting
The Linden Hills Neighborhood Council's Annual Meeting is on Tuesday, October 14th! Join us to learn more about the council's work this past year, celebrate the 2025 Linden Hills Treasures and hear from 2025-26 Board candidates.
