Holiday Wine & Stroll

Mark your calendars for Linden Hills' annual Holiday Wine & Stroll, brought to you by New Gild Jewelers! Thursday, December 18th, 5pm to 8pm (individual store hours may vary) Linden Hills will come alive with holiday magic, with everything from holiday carolers to libations and light bites.  Your hyper local retailers can absolutely use your support for your holiday shopping season this year!  Trusted small businesses will have special offers, swag bags, and discounts, as well as service providers who office in the village will be opening their doors to fill your Santa's sack.  Alternatively, have you finished your gift shopping? Earth Day Cleanup

Celebrate Earth Day with LHiNC! We’ll be at the Linden Hills Park and Recreation Center, distributing supplies and breakfast snacks provided by Wedge Linden Hills Co-op for volunteers. Additional activities include:

Craft time with Heartfelt - make a toilet paper roll animal! (throughout the day)
Story time with Board Member and Author, Mikaela Casey - enjoy Earth day themed readings! (9:30-10:30 am)

MEETING AGENDA

7:00 - 7:50 p.m. Presentation on waste reduction and recycling, led by Hennepin County multifamily recycling specialist Lianna Goldstein. Get all your questions answered about what is and is not recyclable, find out what happens to stuff after we recycle it, and learn about resources and grants available for multifamily properties to improve their recycling efforts. Free recycling guides will be available after the presentation.

7:50 - 8:00 p.m. Updates from Minneapolis City Council Member Linea Palmisano.

8:00 - 8:15 p.m. Discuss upcoming projects and partnerships.

8:15 - 8:30 p.m. Closed Meeting - Discuss LHiNC spring grant recommendations.
